Orbitlas

Terms

These terms cover Orbitlas, operated by an individual. The operator is a person, not a limited liability company and not another form of company. Contact privacy@orbitlas.com.

Who may use it

Orbitlas is for adults 18 and over. By ticking "I'm 18+ and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy" you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, do not use the service.

The service

Orbitlas draws a present-day globe and sourced aggregate layers. You can look around and ask for the first maps without an account. Borders shown are not an endorsement. A legal-view control shows how Natural Earth records different point-of-view classes. It is not a statement by the operator.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

The content policy prohibits disrespect of religions, including Islam and the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The operator may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Accounts

An account is optional until you save a map to the account, share a private map, export without the watermark, or upgrade. Sign-in is Google or an email code. You are responsible for the email address and the Google account you use.

Your maps

You keep whatever rights you have in a prompt. You give the operator permission to store and display a map you mark public, including its title and sources, for as long as the share exists. Private maps are not listed and are not offered to search engines.

AI output

Outputs are generated by a third-party model. Orbitlas AI sends the question to Google. On the free Gemini tier, Google may use that text to improve its products. Do not enter personal information. Answers may be wrong and are informational only. Values are labeled as sourced or estimated. Verify important facts. Every AI layer is also labeled with the model name and its sources. Do not treat a map as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

AI-generated estimates

When no sourced table covers a question, Orbitlas asks a free-tier AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI, then Google Gemini) to estimate each country, and fills any remaining gaps with regional averages. Every such value is labeled "AI-generated estimate; may be inaccurate." with its method and range. Estimates are not measurements. Follow-up corrections you request are also estimates and are labeled the same way.

Pro plan and billing

Free use includes a daily map limit and watermarked exports. Pro is US$12 per month and raises the daily limit, removes the watermark, and adds Deep mode, HD and video export, and unlimited saves. Team and API plans are quoted on the Pricing page. Until checkout opens, choosing a plan does not charge anything.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make from a map.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a consumer protection statute in your place of residence says otherwise.

Ending use

You can stop using Orbitlas at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at privacy@orbitlas.com. The operator may suspend or end access that breaks these terms, and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
